The Landing Charity Foundation’s vision and mission focus is on youth education, including women empowerment in addition to support to help children with parents who are illiterate. Because of this, many of the parents cannot afford to pay for their children’s basic educational needs like schools, teachers & tutors, books, photos and extracurricular activities. In the United States alone, there are over 32 MILLION illiterate adults, many being parents. That’s about 14% or one in seven men and women over 18.
