The Landing Charity Foundation’s vision and mission focus on youth education, which includes empowering women and providing crucial support for illiterate parents. Many of these parents struggle to afford their children’s basic educational needs, such as schools, teachers, tutors, books, photos, and extracurricular activities. In the United States alone, over 32 million adults are illiterate, many of whom are parents. This statistic represents about 14% of the adult population, or one in seven men and women over the age of 18, highlighting a pressing need for community transformation.
